By Default, we mean this policy will always apply, unless a more specific one is determined from the distribution module for a specific timeframe.
If you have different cancellation policies throughout the year, you need to set a Default one from the rate plan level (explained above) and you will need to configure the time frames from the distribution module. Please note that it’s your responsibility to update the time frames when they expire, if policies expire the default one will apply at all times.
