How to - Managed rate plans

If you need to create a rate plan that is not going to be connected to your channel manager, you can create a Managed rate plan and upload availability, rates and restrictions manually:

  1. Access to the hotel back-office - https://app.hyperguest.com/properties

  2. Once inside your property, select "Calendar" from the left menu.

  3. Press the "Managed" button, next to External.

  4. At the top right corner you'll have the "Update" button, there you can set all the rates restrictions and details.

  1. In this new window you’ll be able to set manually the rates by date range, days, which rooms, which managed rate plan, availability, rates and restrictions.

    1. When: You can select dates if the prices you are going to upload apply only to specific timeframes, you can add multiple ranges.

    2. You can unselect days of the week, if the prices won’t apply to one of those days.

    3. Where: You can select the rooms you want the prices to apply to

    7. Apply restrictions: You can close availability from here, specify if reception will be open/close on arrival or departure and add minimum or maximum length of stay.

It is important to keep this updated when you start receiving bookings since it won’t update automatically.
